Shipping and Exchange Policy

We provide complimentary shipping on all products.

Our shipping times are Monday - Friday. When you place your order, we process it within 1-2 business days (this excludes weekends). Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information attached. You can also track your order by logging into your Styled by Breyana account.

Any orders placed on or around the holidays typically arrive on time, but we encourage you to plan to receive your order within 2-5 business days after you’ve received your tracking number. If you prefer guaranteed 1-2 day shipping you can add a rush order service fee to your cart at checkout.

Finally, please make sure that your shipping & billing, credit card information, and product sizes are correct before finalizing your order at checkout. Once your order has been finalized Styled by Breyana is not responsible for any potential delays, incorrect billing and shipping addresses, or lost/stolen packages.

If you believe that your package is missing or stolen please check to see if someone in your household has accepted the package on your behalf or if the package may have been delivered to another location (ex: your back porch). If the package still cannot be located please contact us immediately at assist@styledbybreyana.com so that we can start the process of filing a claim on your behalf. Please keep in mind that all lost package claims are filed through USPS and can only be filed between 15-60 days after the mailing date.

Exchange Policy

If the item(s) you purchased don’t fit properly we are more than happy to provide you with another size. However, it’s important to note that we do not accept garment care product or accessory exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item you must make a request within 30 days of the product delivery date. To make a request please fill out the Exchange Request form below. Be sure to include your full name, order number, phone number, the reason for your exchange, a clear photo of the product(s) you would like to exchange, and the best time to contact you.

A member of our team will follow up within 1-2 business days to approve or deny your request. Approved exchanges will receive a complimentary shipping label. For a request to be approved it must show no signs of wear, have all the original tags attached, not contain any flaws or smells, and it must be in the same condition that it was delivered in. Failure to comply with our exchange requirements will result in a denied exchange.

If any information or pictures of flaws are withheld after an item has been approved, then the customer forfeits their exchange and will not receive a replacement item.
